NW Orthomassage is structured as a treatment-based medical massage practice specializing in orthopedic and clinical. massage therapy for injury recovery, chronic pain, and musculoskeletal dysfunction.  Our clinic is structured to integrate seamlessly with other healthcare providers as part of a coordinated care plan. We strive to make it easy for chiropractors, naturopathic physicians, physical therapists, medical doctors, and other healthcare providers to refer patients for care.

We prioritize top-quality treatment and thorough documentation, with detailed evaluations completed for every patient. Progress reports and clinical updates can be shared with referring providers as needed to support coordinated care.

How to Refer a Patient

Referring a patient is straightforward:

• Fax referral to 425-776-6969

• Include provider name, NPI, diagnosis/ICD-10 codes, and any relevant precautions

• For coordination or questions, call 425-776-6966
